These Terms govern use of ProfitZ.ai (the “Service”), operated by Westbridge Solutions LLC (“ProfitZ,” “we,” “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for any organization whose data you submit.

Service and accounts

ProfitZ provides guided business discovery, AI-generated reports and action plans, advisor conversations, check-ins, and optional connected-service analysis. Features may change during controlled beta. You are responsible for account credentials, authorized users, the accuracy and legality of submitted data, and maintaining backups of information you need independently of the Service.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us and our service providers a limited right to host, transmit, transform, and otherwise process it only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service, comply with law, and produce the output you request. You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit it.

Billing

Prices and included features are shown at checkout. One-time purchases are charged when ordered. Recurring memberships renew until canceled, and cancellation applies to future renewal periods. Taxes may apply. The refund terms below apply unless law requires otherwise.

Acceptable use

Do not use ProfitZ unlawfully; probe or bypass security controls; access another customer's data; upload malware; overload the Service; scrape it to build a competing dataset; submit content you lack authority to process; or use output to make unlawful, discriminatory, or solely automated high-impact decisions about a person.

Ownership and third parties

ProfitZ software, branding, prompts, and product design belong to us or our licensors. Third-party services and connected accounts remain governed by their own terms. You authorize requested data access when you connect one, and you may revoke that connection with the provider or through available product controls.

Availability, suspension, and termination

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” There is no public uptime, support-response, or service-credit SLA. We may suspend access to protect users, investigate abuse, address nonpayment, comply with law, or discontinue a feature. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, opportunities, or data. Our aggregate liability arising from the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow every limitation, so lawful rights remain unaffected.

Governing law and changes

Wyoming law governs these Terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where your local law requires otherwise. We may update these Terms by posting a new date and providing additional notice when required. Material changes apply prospectively.

We collect account and contact details; company profiles; audit audio and transcripts; documents and connected-service data you choose to provide; reports, plans, advisor messages, and other generated content; payment identifiers and transaction status from Stripe; support communications; and technical, security, device, and usage records generated when the Service operates.

We use this information to authenticate users, provide and personalize requested features, process payments, generate reports and plans, operate integrations, communicate about the Service, prevent abuse, troubleshoot, measure reliability, comply with law, and—with consent where required—understand product use and marketing attribution.

Where privacy law requires a legal basis, processing may be necessary to perform a contract or take requested steps, based on legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service, based on consent for optional analytics, or necessary to meet a legal obligation. The applicable basis depends on the data and context.

We disclose data to the service providers listed below for their assigned role, to connected services at your direction, to authorized members of your account, and when required for legal process, safety, fraud prevention, or a business transaction. We do not sell personal information for money. Some analytics or advertising disclosures can be treated as “sale” or “sharing” under certain laws; optional browser tags remain off unless you accept analytics.

Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection, and may withdraw consent. We may verify identity and authority before acting. We do not discriminate for exercising a privacy right. Send requests to privacy@profitz.ai. You may also complain to your local privacy regulator.

ProfitZ is intended for business users age 18 or older and is not directed to children. Data may be processed in the United States and other locations where our providers operate. Cross-border safeguards depend on the provider and applicable agreement.

Essential authentication and payment technologies may be used to sign you in, preserve security, and complete checkout. These are necessary for requested product functions.

Google Tag Manager, its configured browser tags, Mixpanel product analytics, and stored campaign attribution remain disabled until you choose “Accept.” Mixpanel autocapture and session replay are disabled. Your choice is saved in local storage and can be changed through the “Privacy choices” control. Declining does not block core product use.

Vercel Web Analytics may collect aggregated, cookie-free public-page measurements. ProfitZ filters authenticated, administrative, API, authentication, and completion routes from that feed and removes query strings and fragments from accepted public page events.

A first-time Business 360 Discovery purchaser may request a satisfaction review within seven days of purchase after completing the discovery and reviewing the delivered result. Send the purchase email, company name, purchase date, and reason for the request to support@profitz.ai. We may ask for a short results review to understand the issue.

Reviews are not an unconditional money-back guarantee. Eligibility, amount, and approval depend on delivered work, product use, payment history, abuse or fraud signals, and applicable law. Recurring membership fees, renewals, usage already consumed, and third-party costs are generally non-refundable unless required by law. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; bank timing varies.

ProfitZ uses AI providers to conduct voice discovery, extract business facts, identify gaps, produce summaries, recommend priorities, draft action plans, and support advisor conversations. The provider varies by feature and configuration.

AI output can be incorrect, incomplete, stale, inconsistent, or unsuitable for your circumstances. Examples and recommendations are informational—not legal, tax, accounting, medical, investment, employment, insurance, or other licensed professional advice. Verify material facts and use qualified professionals before making high-impact decisions. ProfitZ does not autonomously execute business changes merely because an AI output recommends them.

This page does not itself create a Data Processing Addendum, Business Associate Agreement, security addendum, or negotiated data-residency commitment. An organization that requires reviewed contractual processing terms may contact legal@profitz.ai. Any such terms apply only after they are reviewed and signed by authorized parties.

Account, company, audit, transcript, report, plan, advisor, and integration data is generally retained while needed to provide the Service and maintain your business record. Operational logs and provider copies follow feature-specific and provider schedules. Billing, fraud-prevention, dispute, security, and legal records may be retained longer where necessary.

A workspace owner may remove a company using available product controls. For an account-wide or verified privacy request, contact privacy@profitz.ai. Deletion removes eligible data from active systems after verification; residual copies may remain temporarily in backups, caches, security records, or provider systems, and records subject to legal retention are not deleted until that duty ends. We do not promise a fixed deletion period that the current system cannot evidence.

Do not submit protected health information, full payment-card data, government identifiers, account passwords, biometric identifiers, or other information that requires a specialized regulatory or contractual environment. ProfitZ is not currently offered under a Business Associate Agreement and is not a PCI card-data environment. Stripe—not ProfitZ—collects card details during hosted payment flows.

Current controls include authenticated product access, company-ownership checks on active tenant routes, HTTPS transport, provider-managed storage controls, automated authorization and tenant-boundary tests, dependency scanning, and release-build checks. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Report a suspected vulnerability to security@profitz.ai. Include reproduction steps, affected features, and impact. Do not access another customer's information, persist access, or disrupt service. We triage reports, preserve evidence, contain impact, remediate, and notify affected parties or authorities when required. We do not promise an unsupported 24/7 or 48-hour SLA.

If a disability-related barrier prevents you from using ProfitZ or reading these notices, contact support@profitz.ai with the affected page or task and your preferred contact method. We will review the specific barrier; this statement is not a claim of formal conformance certification.

The following providers may process data depending on the features you use and the production configuration. Their own security attestations, locations, subprocessors, and retention terms apply to them; ProfitZ does not “inherit” their certifications.

Connected providers such as Intuit QuickBooks or a customer's Stripe account process data when the customer authorizes that connection. Marketing conversion providers such as Meta, TikTok, or LinkedIn may receive campaign or transaction events when a campaign integration is configured.
